Unfortunately due to the insulating properties of this bottle, the capacity is pants. Especially for a fitness journey. I guess it fits a purpose for some, just not me. Also not the easiest to drink out of.

I got this bottle with specific requirement of keeping the water temperature stable over a few hours and a lid to keep the mud/dust/grime off the nozzle while cycling. As it says that it is dishwasher safe on it, I popped it in the washer after 3 days of use and now the upper lid is slightly expanded and does not lock to the bottle. A waste of money and the time spent to go to Decathlon to look for this bottle.

Love this sports bottle. Use for netball and kept my water warm for hours which is lovely when playing outside in -2!
