This is a well built belt, the elastic and zippers and materials are all great. However, because the elastic is at the top of the pouch, it means that the bottom of the pouch is free to swing back and forth when you run, no matter the speed. Even with just my phone, I can feel it ocnstantly swinging and I have stoped using it. Look for a runnning belt where the elastic connects to the middle of the pouch
I bought this and used for 6km to 8 km running. Used for 9 months. Elastic got loose quite a bit and when the pouch is wet from sweat, get heavy and the phone bounces crazy on my back which makes it super uncomfortable. I use an iPhone Pro Max 13 so it is a heavy and big phone. When new it should be someone manageable. Hence if you are a serious runner, I would not recommend it, if you intend to use for longer term. If you want to use it for causal purposes to carry around your phone while walking, it can work.
