Unless you have extremely narrow, childlike, sit bones do not use this on a Brompton. It is not compatible with bikes where you sit in a fairly up right seated position. Although, it says it IS compatible with a Brompton - I think that just means it can be fitted to one! I cycled only 18 miles over 3 days on this and it completely bruised my bottom and gave me back problems. It is more for forward position/racing bikes!

Noticed this saddle while browsing inn store and decided to give it a try. The appearance matches my bike perfectly, perhaps that was an influence. Saddle has a matt synthetic finish with springy foam padding and a cut out. Took the saddle on a 100km ride on rough country roads, my test route for any saddle. Pleased to report no saddle soreness, found the saddle supportive and a good shaoe for me. The cut out was very useful for cycling on the nose while climmbing steep hills. For the money recommended. Durability I cannot comment on but if you don't want to spend much this is a good choice.
