When combined with toe-clips, a very effective alternative to cleats - Simple and does the job well

Getting some serious miles in the the bike so decided to try toe clips. Had a look round all the usual places and settled on these. The overall look is that they are very sturdy compared to other stores similarly priced clips. Found the instructions on the back to be to small and bluray to be of any use but it's not exactly the hardest thing in the world to fit. Took a while to get a decent tightness that also allowed me to get in and out of the clips. Overall very happy.

I use toe clips for securing my bike on to my bike rack for the car very good.
