Perform 3 to 5 rounds of the circuit below, with 1 to 2 minutes recovery time at the end of each round: - Beginners: 20'' effort, 40'' recovery - Intermediates: 30'' effort, 30'' recovery - Advanced: 40'' effort, 20'' recovery After completing exercise 1, continue with the second exercise after recovering: - Squat with resistance band just above your knees - Glute bridge - Donkey kick - Side walk - Squat with resistance band just above your knees
