Mouthguards are available in two sizes. To choose yours, measure the distance between your canines. If the space between your canines is less than 37 mm, you need a size M. On the other hand, if the space between your canines is more than 37 mm, you need a size L.

How to make this mouthguard fit your teeth

To protect you effectively, this mouthguard has to fit your teeth perfectly. That's why it's designed to be heat moulded. Simply immerse it in boiling water for 35 seconds.You must do this before using the mouthguard. It's essential to follow all of the moulding instructions in the user guide. The two materials (EVA/SEBS) make this mouthguard easier to mould so that it'll be exactly the right shape for your teeth.

How to look after your boxing mouthguard
