Cities covered for delivery in Saudi Arabia

Decathlon Saudi Arabia delivers to all cities in Saudi Arabia for small packages. However, delivery and installation for heavy and bulky packages are limited to the following cities:

Heavy and bulky packages:
Abha, Dammam, Dhahran, Khobar, Al-Awjam, Anik, Jubail, Ras Tanura, Safwa, Aqeel, Asfan, Buraidah, Al-Awamiyah, Bahrah, Bahrah Al-Mujahidin, Qatif, Saihat, Dhirab, Dhahban, Jeddah, Tarout, Al-Jumum, Khamis Mushait, Al-Jaarana, Al-Ahsa, Al-Jish, Madinah, Makkah, Al-Kharj, Khulais, Nariyah, Onaizah, Buqayq, Qassim, Hofuf, Muzahmiyah, Jaafar, Riyadh, Rabigh, Al-Mubarraz, Al-Sharai', Al-Shumaisi, Taif, Al-Qarah, Thuwal, Al-Uyun, Wali Al-Ahad, Yanbu.

For other cities, we do not provide delivery or installation services for heavy and bulky packages.

Small packages:
We deliver throughout the Kingdom. The package dimensions must not exceed 60 x 40 x 40 cm regardless of weight. Packages exceeding these dimensions are considered heavy and bulky.

For nutritional supplements, delivery is currently available only to the following cities and regions within Saudi Arabia:

Home Delivery Fees

Delivery fees vary depending on the package weight and the customer's cart size. The standard delivery price is based on the order weight and the shipping company used. The delivery price will be displayed on the checkout page.

Fee Calculation:

Standard Delivery (0-25 kg): SAR 25

Heavy Package Delivery (over 25 kg): SAR 55

Heavy Package Delivery and Installation (over 25 kg): SAR 100


Installation Services

Installation services do not include tasks such as drilling into walls or attaching items to walls, to ensure safety.


Returns and Exchange Policy


How to return in-store purchases

Products purchased online can be exchanged or refunded at any Decathlon branch in Saudi Arabia.

Please note that in-store purchases cannot be returned via delivery service, and the refund will be issued using the original payment method.

You have the right to exchange a product within 30 days, whether purchased at full price or at a discounted price.
You can also return unwanted products within 14 days of the purchase date with proof of purchase.


How to return online purchases

Products purchased online can be exchanged or refunded at any Decathlon branch in Saudi Arabia.

When returning products, please ensure they are returned in their original condition as purchased (including manuals, accessories, and packaging).


Return Methods

Return to store: Free

Home return (collection by shipping company): Free


Conditions

The shipping cost for returning any product via home return will be at your expense, unless the return is due to a product defect or delivery of a wrong product.

The cost of returning an alternative product proposed by us due to unavailability of the product you ordered is free.

All returns or exchanges must include the order receipt.


Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Products

Underwear, swimwear, and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged for health and safety reasons.


– Nutritional Supplements

Due to the nature of nutritional supplement products and to ensure customer safety, all nutritional supplements are non-returnable or non-exchangeable after purchase or opening the package.

In case of damage or shipping error, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order, attaching clear photos to prove the condition.


What if the product has a manufacturing defect?

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, Decathlon brand products come with a minimum two-year warranty, and we will cover the return cost in these cases.

For non-Decathlon brand products, the warranty is for one year unless otherwise stated on the product page.


Important Notes

Decathlon cannot process a return if products are intentionally damaged or used outside their intended purpose.

If the warranty period has expired, we will not be able to replace or refund damaged products. Warranty details are available on each product page.


When will I receive the refund?

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of receiving the products in our warehouses.


How long does delivery take?

Once the order is confirmed, it will be shipped within one day.

Estimated delivery time:

Major cities: 1 to 4 days

Other cities: 1 to 7 business days, and may extend to 14 days in rare cases.

Note: Orders placed during the last week of Ramadan may be delivered after the Eid holiday.

In case of delays, you may be asked to provide proof of shipment (such as a receipt or tracking code) for investigation purposes.
