SURFERS and FLIP-FLOPS

Flip-flops are the iconic surfer footwear. As well as being the symbol of a sunny surfing lifestyle, they are also the perfect footwear for before and after a session: simple, practical, easy care and above all easy to put on and take off, even with wet feet, without having to use your hands when they are already occupied with your equipment.

DESIGN

At OLAIAN, we design our flip-flops taking inspiration from the needs and requirements of surfers, so that this footwear can suit the vast majority. Product designed by our surfer teams in Hendaye (France). The Olaian global design centre is located on the banks of the River Bidassoa in Hendaye. This allows us to design products in contact with users and in the marine.

USE EXAMPLES

We have designed these flip-flops for regular use, for surfers walking to difficult-to-access surfing spots: long distances (<5 km a day), uneven surfaces, rough terrain. Suitable for all, especially for your summer activities.

USE TEST

Product designed and tested by our teams in Hendaye, in collaboration with a team of external testers.

These flip-flops guarantee good foot support thanks to the anatomic design of the sole with foot arch support, as well as a wide upper on the top of the foot.

Wide and anatomic sole with foot arch support. Wide straps.

Fitting comfort

Flat toe post made from braided nylon and wide straps made from flexible fabric.

Durability

Sturdy and reinforced dual-layer sole. Hard-wearing upper.

Drying time

Drying time: 5 hours. Conducted in laboratory conditions at 23°C.
