Design

We've improved the Football Classic Goal, by taking into account your reviews. Along with our design team, we've improved the goal by giving it a cataphoresis treatment which means we can guarantee it for 5 years against corrosion.

Regulations

It's important to keep young footballers safe while they play, which is why we have made this football weighing less than 18 kg and complying with French regulations.

Durability Test

When designing the Classic Goal, we carried out tests specific to Kipsta that guarantee the durability, stability and safety of the product. For example, to assess a product's solidity, we perform load tests in our laboratory that reproduce the weight of a child. During this test, we apply a 63 kg load (for size L) to the goal to check that it doesn't deform.

Resistance and stability tests

To test the durability of the hooks that hold the net in place, we recently set up a fatigue test with the help of our test engineers to reproduce the net's behaviour during a match. We were able to verify that, over the course of 5000 cycles, the hooks didn't break.After observing footballers on the pitch, we were inspired to develop tests for goal stability. This is why we perform a tipping test on our entire range of goals to make sure they can tip to 25° without going over.
