What is the difference between lower back pain and lumbago?

Choosing your lumbar brace size

Measure your waist size, to 5 cm above the hips. Then match the measurement taken with the following size chart: Size 1: 65 - 85 cm Size 2: 85 - 110 cm Size 3: 110 - 140 cm
