Suitable for a single mattress (200 cm x 80-90 cm). The height can be adjusted using the cord which fits in a standard interior height (maximum 2.30m). Installation: 1. Hang the mosquito net from the ceiling or a beam using the cord/hook. 2. Tuck it in like a fitted sheet around your mattress with the green strip at head height. 3. Slip under the mosquito net and adjust the tension using the cord inside. /!\ Ceiling hook not supplied
The World Heath Organisation recommends at least 25 holes per cm² to stop mosquitoes effectively. With 63 holes per cm², this mosquito net won't let them through. We have also tested the mesh in the laboratory (report available on request). This mosquito net is not impregnated with mosquito repellent.
If you are going to an area where there are lots of mosquitoes, we also recommend using a mosquito repellent spray containing essential oils of lemon eucalyptus or icaridin. Indeed, in some countries mosquitoes can be carriers of serious diseases such as chikungunya, dengue fever or even malaria. Before leaving for a tropical destination, do not hesitate to spray the mosquito net with an insect repellent that contains permethrin.
