HOW IS WARMTH MEASURED?

This fleece has been subjected to thermal tests on its fleece fabric and in a climate chamber with a mannequin. These tests imitate mountain conditions to help us validate our design choices.

What is the RET index?

The breathability of a fabric is measured by its evaporative resistance RET (ISO 11092 standard): The lower it is, the more breathable the fabric. Examples: RET< 9 (very breathable), 9 < RET < 12 (breathable), RET > 20 (low breathability). This fleece has a RET index of 9.
