What to do if your heel pads move about in your boots

Dust that builds up in the boot can reduce the stickiness of the heel pad over time. If possible, we recommend you position the heel pad under the sock liner. If over time the heel pad moves in the boot, manual washing with washing-up liquid will restore your heel pads’ stickiness.

The heel pad is to be positioned under the insole to improve the absorption of vibration and to give extra comfort when walking.
