Manual head circumference adjustment:

The 100 helmet is equipped with an adjustment dial at the back to adjust the head circumference. This adjustment must be made each time the helmet is put on and loosened each time it is removed. Our 500 helmet offers automatic adjustment (more information on our 500 helmet page).
