What ball size to choose?

The ball size depends on the player's age and/or sex. Size 1: For kids ages 2 and up Sizes 3 and 4: For boys and girls ages 4 to 6 (category U7) Size 5: For boys and girls ages 7 to 10 (categories U9 and U11) Size 6: For boys ages 11 and 12 (category U13) or girls ages 11 and up and women Size 7: for men and boys aged 13 and over

What pressure should you inflate your ball to?

Inflating the ball correctly is essential if you want to have fun and practise efficiently. The optimum pressure is indicated next to the valve. If you don't have a pressure gauge, drop the ball from shoulder height and it should bounce back to waist level.
