Not sure which size to get? If you're between 1.60 and 1.80 m tall and weigh less than 85 kg, then size 2 (65 cm diameter) is perfect for you. The ball weighs 2 kg.

How to correctly inflate this ball

To inflate your ball correctly, you'll need: - a pump (ref: 8214626 or 8490986) - a tape measure for measuring the ball Your ball is correctly inflated if: - it is no bigger than its maximum diameter (65 cm for size 2) - your knees are at hip height when you sit on the ball.
