We designed this ball for self-massage of muscles after exercise. It allows for deep and targeted massage of muscles and trigger points.
The massage ball can be used for self-massage after exercise. It is designed for effective massage for a minimum of 5 minutes per muscle group. It can be used immediately after exercise, in the evening, or even the next day, to meet your needs at any time. It's very easy! Simply pull the two parts of the single ball until you hear a "click", and it transforms into a double ball!
The single ball mode is suitable for massaging a specific tense or painful area — such as a muscle trigger point. The double mode allows you to massage a wider area of the body for overall relief. For example, spinal muscles or calf muscles.
